I write as director of a Christian Charity for AIDS children and HIV babies in Black Africa operated by our self-giving missionaries. These are some of the finest people I have ever met. They are nearly all White, and much of the funding comes from White people in America; the same people denounced from the pulpit in Barack Obama's church. The children whose lives these missionaries fight to save are all Black.

The wife of a clergyman beaten up in his churchyard in a suspected "faith hate" crime has spoken of the shock felt by his congregation. Canon Michael Ainsworth, 57, was set upon by three Asian youths shouting anti-Christian abuse when he confronted them for rowdy behaviour outside St George-in-the-East church in Shadwell, leaving him with two black eyes and cuts and bruises.
Moriel Ministries and Jacob Prasch take extreme exception to the long statement highly critical of Chuck Smith, various Calvary Chapels, Roger Oakland and Dave Hunt by Richard Abanes of Saddleback Church in reaction to their expressed position regarding the Purpose Driven agenda of Rick Warren. Mr. Abanes wrote as an apologist for Rick Warren and the Saddleback Purpose Driven ethos.
Jacob Zuma is deputy President of South Africa and the newly directed leader of the African National Congress, the political party of Nelson Mandella, Desmond Tutu, and Thabo Mbeki.
Zuma is now slated to become the next President of South Africa, although he is a bigamist with multiple wives and is under indictment for corruption amidst allegations of racketeering and money laundering. He is also ordained as a minister of religion in a church. As head of the South African AIDS policy, Zuma testified at his rape trial that "although he had sex with the HIV infected woman he was accused of raping, he did not contract HIV because he took a shower". The following newspaper article from Botswana reveals the racist political and social mentality of some supporting Mr. Zuma.

The government of British Prime Minister Gordon Brown is moving to abolish anti-blasphemy laws that would allow the open blasphemy of God, Jesus Christ, and Christianity by anti Christian groups such as radical Islamists and militant homosexuals and lesbians.

If any one should be prepared by their faith, their worldview, their belief in Scripture and their gift of Holy Spirit discernment to see through the deception of the global warming alarmists, it is the Christian.
Sadly, however, many of those proclaiming themselves as believers have been seduced by the worldly spirit of deception on what has become one of the defining issues of our time.
Once more arch Calvinist Robert Morey is engaging in the silly antics of what in the estimation of many people he does best - not tell the truth.
I did indeed confront Robert Morey in an airport lounge near London. I was in the company of my daughter (and my lawyer). My hair had been recently cut, and I found his web site remarks that I was/am "fat" rather hideous coming from someone so obese that he himself resorted to weight reduction cosmetic surgery (he is an amateur chef who appeared to much lavish his own cooking). As all who know me realize, I do constantly battle with weight as a side effect of medication I am forced to take for a serious neck injury, but at my plumpest I never approached his monstrous size nor ever resorted to any form of stomach mesh, tummy tuck, liposuction, or intestinal by-pass or other surgical remedy as he did. I do not see why he became so personal in his tirade given his own well known medical history and the identity he established for himself as "the fat man behind the pulpit".
David Instone Brewer, a scholar of some note at Tyndale House, Cambridge , UK specialising in rabbinics with an academic interest in The Jewish background of The New Testament, published the article in Christianity Today,  October 2007 edition entitled "WHAT GOD HAS JOINED" whose contents were in part opposed by John Piper. We preface our own response by pointing out that Moriel regards this magazine itself as having departed from biblical orthodoxy in general, but after a request we believe this article deserves our comments. David Instone Brewer attempts to argue for a New Testament basis for divorce based on a rabbinic understanding of Exodus 21:10-11. While holding no admiration at all for John Piper, but a fair amount of regard for David Instone Brewer (at least from an an academic perspective), we respectfully disagree with his conclusions.
A judge in the Belfast High Court has quashed laws which threatened the religious freedom of Christians.
Mr Justice Weatherup struck down the 'harassment' provisions of the Northern Ireland sexual orientation regulations. This means Christians cannot be sued for expressing their opposition to homosexual practice.
